At Vastavik, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of cleaning and chemical-based products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery
The wrong product was delivered

Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Return Request Process

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order ID
Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product
Brief description of the issue

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

A replacement product, or
A full refund, depending on stock availability and issue verification

The decision will be made by Vastavik after inspection.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Used or opened products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Orders placed with incorrect address or customer unavailability
Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable
In case of approved returns due to damage or defect, return shipping will be handled by us
